Hambleton Hall
Hambleton Hall is one of Britain’s finest country house hotels, recently voted Pride of Britain’s Hotel of the Year 2016.
This Victorian house has been elegantly converted into a prestigious hotel and is hidden away in the heart of the Midlands, in the county of Rutland. England’s smallest county is also home to the largest artificial lake in Europe. A geographical detail which further enhances the seductive powers of this hotel which is perched on a hill overlooking the water, the lakeside setting and stunning garden are spectacular.

In September 2008, Julian Carter and Tim Hart opened Hambleton Bakery to produce top quality traditionally made bread for Hambleton Hall and Hart’s Nottingham.
In addition to a growing list of wholesale customers (pubs, restaurants, delis, etc) the bakery now has retail outlets in Exton, Oakham, Market Harborough, West Bridgford, Stamford and Oundle.
Hambleton Bakery has grown to supply six Hambleton Bakery shops, Hambleton Hall, The George at Stamford, many farm shops, delis and cafes across the surrounding counties as well as restaurants, gastro pubs and a local school. We continue to build our network of wholesale customers and to spread the word of traditional artisan bread and cake making.

Barrafina is an authentic Spanish tapas bar owned and operated by restaurateurs Sam & Eddie Hart.
There are three Barrafinas in London; the original site is on Soho’s Dean Street, the other two are on Adelaide Street and Drury Lane in Covent Garden. Each restaurant has an open kitchen, a beautiful marble-topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work and stylish red leather stools. The a la carte menus comprise authentic regional dishes from around Spain and there is also a daily changing specials menu unique to each restaurant. The succinct wine list features the finest Spanish sherries, Cavas and wines.
Bookings for groups of 8 to 32 can be taken in our private dining space at Adelaide Street and 8 to 28 people at Drury Lane.

A terrace bar and tabletop-grill restaurant from the team behind Barrafina, with a menu by Angel Zapata Martin and views overlooking Regent’s Canal in Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross.
Parrillan serves Spanish para picar and a choice of beautiful meat, seafood and vegetables to be cooked by guests on their own bespoke parrilla mini-grills.
A largely Spanish list offers wines, sherries and Cavas by the glass and bottle. There is also a menu offering cocktails by the glass or jug, and a dedicated list of Spanish gin and tonics.
