I just wanted to write and let you know about my experience at your hotel recently. Last week an international group of colleagues and I had a meeting in Nottingham at Harts Hotel including 1 nights dinner in the restaurant and the use of your meeting facilities.

I have to pass on my sincere thanks to all your team for the highly professional manner in which we were looked after over the 3 nights, people are very often a company’s greatest asset and it is for sure true in the case of Harts. This happened in every encounter we had but especially Melissa and the lady who took care of us in the meeting room, nothing was too much trouble and when we did have any challenges a solution was found immediately.

I was already aware of the quality of Harts as I live in Nottingham, my expectations in regards the food and Accommodation were met in full and I received great feedback from all of my colleagues many whom had never visited Nottingham before but have left with a very good impression.
