Full-Time Duty Manager
Hart’s Hotel and Kitchen is looking to appoint a Duty Manager to the Front of House and Food & Beverage team who will assist in building upon the success of Nottingham’s premier hotel and restaurant.
As part of our front of house management team the purpose of this role is to support the Management team to profitably manage all aspects of front of house and food & beverage at the hotel and restaurant. Working to exceptionally high standards the main functions of the role are to take responsibility for:
All aspects of the customer experience
Supporting the day to day management of the restaurant and reception operations
Communication across the restaurant and hotel
Support with staff recruitment, development and performance
Support with financial performance in line with agreed budget
Legal complianceRestaurant and reception development
Duty and nights management
Previous management experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be from a 1-2 AA rosette and 4 start hotel background ideally. Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous. You will be expected to be passionate about delivering great customer service, be flexible in your approach to the role, but just as importantly be a “team player”. Salary is dependent upon experience.
