Tim Hart Owner of Hambleton Bakery and Harts Nottingham will host a light lunch showcasing different types of artisan bread made by Hambleton Bakery. The lunch is accompanied by a talk explaining some key differences between Artisan Bread and industrial bread and a light-hearted story of how Hambleton Bakery was founded and built by Tim and his partner Julian Carter.

The event includes a light lunch comprising six tasting courses accompanied by a glass of red/white wine, beer or soft drink.
