We know that it’s not always possible to travel without your most trusted companion; your dog. That’s why we are proud to offer dog-friendly rooms. In the interests of all our guests, we ask that all dog owners staying at Hart’s Hotel Nottingham read our dog policy before making a reservation.

Dog Policy

  • A small charge of £15 per night per dog will be levied and we recommend you stay in one of our Garden Rooms, which boasts direct access to the private garden.
  • Please do not leave your dogs in your bedroom unaccompanied, purely as a courtesy to other guests.
  • Whilst we find most dogs to be extremely well-behaved, we kindly advise that guests will be liable to pay for any mess or damage caused.
  • We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per room but do not permit large dogs such as American Bulldogs or Large Huskies etc
  • With the exception of the restaurant and bar, you can freely walk your dog around the hotel and garden, but we ask that they are kept on a lead.
  • We do offer 24-hour room service and we can recommend dog-friendly restaurants nearby.
  • The hotel has its own garden but is also located next to The Park private residential area which is perfect for dog walking.
  • Please make sure that you always dispose of all doggy poop in a proper manner.

We recommend you stay in one of the garden rooms located on the ground floor which boast the added benefit of French doors leading out to our secluded garden. Each room also has its own garden furniture which makes them perfect for dining alfresco with your dog.

Hart’s Hotel are very proud to be the highest-rated hotel in Nottingham City Centre as well as being the only hotel with a private green space. Our secluded garden is exclusively for our hotel guests to enjoy during their visit, but in addition, we have award-winning parks and open spaces that are worth exploring with your four-legged friend during your visit.
